Essence Movin' On

I saw this polish by Sunny MakeUp and it had to be mine!!! Essence n.69 Movin' On it is part of the new colors introduced in April, it's a color between gray taupe and pale taupe. Movin' On is similar to Essie Playa del Platinum, but it is darker than it. Is very thick, in fact it gets opaque after only first coat. It's very elegant (I went to do an exam with this polish)... gorgeous! After a week, it was still on my nails, still shiny, and it didn't bored me! In my photos I added two coats without top coat.

Ps: I'm sorry for the imperfections and for dry skin >.<

Ho visto questo smalto da Sunny MakeUp e doveva essere mio!!! Essence n.69 Movin' On fa parte dei nuovi colori introdotti ad aprile, è un colore tra un grigio taupe e un taupe pallido/chiaro. Movin' On è simile a Essie Playa del Platinum, ma è più scuro. E' molto denso, infatti è coprente dopo solo una passata. E' molto elegante (sono andata a far un esame con questo addosso)... magnifico! Dopo una settimana era ancora sulle mie unghie, ancora lucido, e non mi ha per niente annoiato! Nelle foto ho aggiunto 2 coats senza top coat. Ps: mi scuso per le imperfezioni e per la pelle secca >.<

Tutorial: how to fix broken eyeshadow

Hi guys! I have decided to inaugurate this new section of my blog with a problem that often happens: "ARGHHHHH! I broke eyeshadow!" >.< Fortunately, the steps to do to fix it are simple ^.^ and are also fun!

Ciao ragazze! Ho deciso di inaugurare questa nuova sezione del mio blog con un problema che capita spesso:"ARGHHHHH! Ho rotto l'ombretto!" >.< Fortunatamente, i passi necessari per ricompattarlo sono semplici ^.^ e anche divertenti!

1° Step: collect all the eyeshadow powder on a piece of paper, for example, baking paper

1° Step: mettere tutta la polvere dell'ombretto su un pezzo di carta, per esempio carta da forno

2° Step: smash the shadow into the paper until it becomes a fine powder

2° Step: frantumare l'ombretto nella carta fino a quando non diventa una polvere sottile

3° Step: create a funnel with the paper and then poured the powder back into the jar (I used a small plastic cup)

3° Step: creare un imbuto di carta e poi versare la polvere in un contenitore (io ho usato un bicchiere di plastica piccolo)

4° Step: add a few drops (3-5, depending on the size of the eyeshadow) of rubbing alcohol, and mix to make a paste (I forgot to make the photo ;P sorry!)

4° Step: aggiungere qualche goccia (3-5, a seconda delle dimensioni dell'ombretto) di alcool denaturato, e mescolare fino a creare una pasta (ho dimenticato di fare la foto ;P perdonatemi!)

5° Step: pour the paste just created into the original eyeshadow pan

5° Step: versare la pasta appena creata nella cialdina originale dell'ombretto

6° Step: take a coin, take a piece of paper and put it over the eyeshadow

6° Step: prendere una moneta, prendere un pezzo di carta e metterlo sopra l'ombretto

7° Step: firmly press the coin into your eyeshadow, but not too hard so that the eyeshadow breaks and oozes out

7° Step: premere con forza la moneta nell'ombretto, ma non troppo forte altrimenti l'ombretto di rompe ed esce fuori

8° Step: leave open the eyeshadow for 24 hours, so the alcohol evaporates

8° Step: lasciare aperto l'ombretto per 24 ore, in questo modo l'alcool evapora

Et voilà! Your eyeshadow look like new again!!! I hope it can be useful ;)

04 Roy's Red

It's not really red... It's more a pink/rose. It’s opaque in two coats and I found it very nice and super shiny (no top coat in my photos and you see how it shines!!). Application perfect, fast and accurate, is really a pleasure.

Non è proprio un rosso... è più un pink/rose. Copre l'unghia in 2 passate e l'ho trovato davvero super lucido (non ho usato un top coat e vedete come brilla!!). Applicazione perfetta, veloce e precisa, davvero un piacere.

02 Andy, You're a Star

Wow! An orange amazing! Super shiny and bright!! I could not stop looking at my hands! I was enchanted and my eyes were so *.* Everything perfect: application, formula, drying. In short... MUST HAVE!!! (I added 2 coats)

Wow! Un arancione soprendente! Super lucid+.o e brillante!! Non riuscivo a smettere di guardare le mie mani! Ero incantata e i miei occhi erano così *.* Tutto perfetto: applicazione, formula, asciugatura. In poche parole... DA AVERE!!! (ho dato 2 mani)

03 You've Got The Art

It as a pastel yellow creme with a green undertone. Application has been difficult, after two coats the result is still really uneven/stripey, so it needs another one. It's a particular color, very nice. It's perfect for spring (when comes?!) and it gives a lot of light in your hands. ( I addes 3 coats)

E' un creme giallo pastello con un sottotono verde. L'applicazione è stata difficoltosa, dopo 2 mani il risultato era molto irregolare/a strisce, quindi bisogna aggiungerne un altra. E' un colore particolare, molto carino. E' perfetto per la primavera (quando arriva?!) e dona molta luce alle mani. (3 coats)

Essence Whoom! Boooom!! Chacalaca

Start with Chacalaca, it's a satin dark blue with a purple undertone. It remains quite streaky after first coat so it needs another one. The application was quite difficult and uneven but it's a very particular color... you must have in your collection! ;)

Partiamo con Chacalaca., è un blu scuro satinato con un sottotono viola. Rimane un pò strisciato dopo la prima passata, quindi c'è bisogno di un'altra. L'applicazione è un pò difficile e irregolare ma è davvero un colore particolare... da avere per forza nella vostra collezione! ;)

I also added the diagonal stripes from the new Essence Stampy plate with China Glaze Admire.

Ho inoltre aggiunto le strisce diagonali dal nuovo Essence Stampy plate con China Glaze Admire.

I slipped on the ice

Essence Movie Star VS Mavala New York

Hi girls! This is my first comparison ^.^ I want to show you the differences between two gray: Essence Colour & Go n.35 Movie Star and Mavala n.217 New York. With Movie Star, after one coat the result is still really uneven/stripey so it needs another one, New York instead is opaque in one coat. I think I would call these colors Arsenic Grey. I don't see much difference between the two colors, Movie Star is darker than New York, but this can be seen only under a good light. And now the costs: 

Essence Colour & Go 5ml   1,29€

Mavala  Nail  Color    5ml   5,00€

So, for these considerations, if you want a grey so beautiful, I advise you Movie Star ;)

Ciao ragazze! Questo è il mio primo confronto tra smalti ^.^ Voglio mostrarvi le differenze tra due grigi:Essence Colour & Go n.35 Movie Star e Mavala n.217 New York. Con Movie Star, con la prima passata il risultato non è uniforme quindi ce ne vuole un'altra, New York invece è coprente già dalla prima mano. Io chiamerei questo colore Arsenic Grey. Beh, io non noto molte differenze tra questi due colori, Movie Star è sicuramente più scuro rispetto al New York, ma questo lo si può notare solo sotto una buona luce. E ora i costi:
